FAQ

When will I get my item?

In stock items take 2-3 business days to process and will be shipped using standard shipping methods.

Do you offer your product internationally?

At this time our company is only shipping to addresses in the United States.

What does “true to size” mean?

We have designed our hoodies to be in line with standard US male adult sizing. Both female and male customers have given positive feedback on our sweaters' fit and appearance.

What if my package was stolen from my porch?

If the tracking number shows that your item was delivered, a refund cannot be issued.

Why don't you carry more sizes?

It is our goal to provide more sizes and styles in the near future. Some items go out of stock very quickly due to high demand. As we assess our success and inventory needs, we will order larger quantities moving forward.

What does pre order or backorder mean?

If you choose an item that is not in stock at the time of purchase, it could be that your item is not yet manufactured. A typical cycle for this process looks like this: Pre Orders will be open for a certain period of time… items are then ordered and can take up to 40 days to arrive at our facility… at this point your item will be processed in the order in which it was received and then mailed out to you with standard shipping and tracking.

Are there special care instructions?

If you purchase an item labeled with Puff print or Screen printing, the item should be washed inside out in cold water with little to no detergent. Items should then be hung to dry.

What is the meaning of the Alpha Omega symbol?

The Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters in the classical Greek alphabet. These letters were shown hanging from the cross in early Christian art. In the Bible, the book of Revelation Chapter 1 Verse 8: Jesus says “I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending”, saith the Lord, “which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”
